Culture
In describing Nashville, country music cannot be forgotten. This culture remains vibrantly alive with the Grand Ole Opry and the Ryman Auditorium. Tour the Country Music Hall of Fame and Museum to learn about some of the greatest country performers of the past and present.

History
Fertile fields and easy travel long made Nashville a major site for plantations. Belle Meade Plantation was once a farm where thoroughbred horses were raised and trained. Travellers' Rest Plantation & Museum is another of the city's historic sites and today contains many lovely antiques and powerful stories. Architectural triumphs are also a major part of some of the city's other big attractions, including the Tennessee State Capitol and The Parthenon art museum.
